Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from Circle In Providers trading as Wobb.India, whether made on our website, in our showroom, or by email or telephone.

Cancellation

Every piece we sell is either made to order or a finished piece from limited production. Once an order is confirmed and payment received, it cannot be cancelled. For made-to-order pieces, confirmation means approval of the final drawings and receipt of the advance; for ready-made items, confirmation means payment at checkout or in the showroom.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges, for custom, made-to-order or ready-made items.

Damaged or faulty items

Inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. If an item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Report it to us at the time of delivery, before the delivery team leaves or, for third-party deliveries, on the same day, by WhatsApp on +91 63535 32996 or email to inquiries@wobbindia.in, with photographs and video of the damage and the packaging.
  2. We verify the damage from the material you send and the delivery record.
  3. After verification, we repair or replace the item at our option and at no cost to you. Where neither repair nor replacement is possible, we refund the purchase price and the delivery charge to the original payment method within 10 working days of our confirmation.
  4. All shipments are insured in transit. Where the damage occurred in transit, the repair, replacement or refund is initiated once the insurance claim is settled.

Damage reported after the delivery has been accepted, or damage caused by use, relocation or repackaging after delivery, is handled under the warranty terms in our Terms & Conditions and is not eligible for refund.

Refunds

Refunds are made only in the circumstances above. A refund is credited to the payment method used for the order. Card and UPI refunds through our payment partner typically appear within 5 to 7 working days of being issued; bank transfers within 3 working days.
