What materials do you use in your furniture?
The materials used in the furniture is based largely on the design. We work with wood, metal, glass, stone etc. The woods used is teak wood, and the metals we work with include brass, copper, and SS (304). The ply used for all furniture is BWP/BWR.
Can I customize the design of my furniture?
Yes, all designs can be customized as per your requirements. Any limitations that may arise at the time of selection, shall be conveyed.
How do I place an order for customized furniture?
There are various ways to connect with us. You can fill the contact form on the website, DM us on Instagram or directly Call. After an initial conversation, you shall then be redirected to one of our Design Consultant who shall then be taking the project forward.
What is your lead time for custom furniture?
The lead time for the customized furniture is 3-4 months.
Do you offer design consultations?
Yes, we do provide design consultations to help you pick the best suited products for your home.
What is your return policy for customized furniture?
Since all our products are made with approved specifications and are customized, it isn’t possible for us to accept any returns.
Can I see samples of materials before ordering?
Yes, at the time of selections at our experience centre, you can choose from a wide range of material options available with us.
Do you offer assembly and installation services?
All furniture is assembled and installed on site by our own team.
Can I visit your showroom to view the furniture?
Definitely. We have our Experience centre based in Surat. You can get an appointment from any of of the various ways to connect with us and our team shall be available to help and guide you through. We would love to have you visit us!
What happens if my furniture arrives damaged or defective?
We take utmost care to ensure that all products reach you in the best condition. Due to any issues, if the product arrives damaged upon delivery, we get it rectified either on site or have it sent it back to the factory for correction and redeliver it. How the damage get’s rectified, would depend on the issue at hand.
Can I request a specific delivery date or time?
Our standard delivery timeline of 3-4 months is ideally required by us. Beyond that, you can let us know your requirement and we can let you know if it would be possible.
What should I do if I have a problem with my furniture after the warranty expires?
Beyond the warranty period, all issues are rectified with a minor charge depending on the problem that arises. If possible, we can also guide a local worker for the same to make it even more hassle free for you.
Do you offer reupholstery services?
We do not offer reupholstery services.
Can I schedule a virtual tour or consultation?
We would love to host you at our experience centre. If you cannot visit us, you can schedule a virtual meeting and we can discuss the project and also show you around our store.
Do you provide Nano coating services?
We have developed an in-house coating for fabric protection which is available to our clients at an additional cost. Should the client opt for it, the furniture is delivered with the coating complete at our factory.
